This pesticide was kept to protect wheat from insects, but the monkeys came in contact with it. The shocking thing is that the warehouse officials and employees kept these deaths hidden for 9 days and buried the dead monkeys inside the warehouse itself.

The matter came to light when some Hindu organizations created ruckus at the warehouse two days ago. A case was registered against FCI employees in Kotwali Sadar police station. The echo of this matter had reached the government level and the matter is being investigated by the authorities.
