Disabled grocery shopkeeper Arjun Singh was brutally murdered late Thursday evening in Deori Rukhara village of BKT police station area. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. In this regard, the deceased’s brother Parshuram, son of Kallu, resident of Deori Rukhara, had expressed suspicion in the written complaint in BKT police station that his brother was murdered by Mayaram, Govind and Monu of the same village.

In this regard, ADCP North Jitendra Kumar Dubey disclosed in the press conference on Sunday that the three accused, who were trying to escape, have been arrested by the police from Ahuja Petrol Pump Sitapur Highway in BKT police station area. The arrested accused gave their names during interrogation as Govind son of Sundarlal resident of Deori Rukhara police station BKT district Lucknow, age about 33 years, Monu son of Vishwanath resident of Deori Rukhara police station BKT district Lucknow age about 30 years and Mayaram son of Hemraj resident of Deori Rukhara police station BKT district Lucknow age about Said to be 38 years old.

When Mayaram was asked, he told that he had mortgaged his mobile to Pritam. That mobile was with Arjun. The accused were asking for their mobile from Arjun when in a dispute the three accused together murdered him.
