Mangal Kalash Shobha Yatra was taken out with 301 women from Rani Sati Temple located at Birhana Road, Sirki Mohal on Sunday. A glimpse of Jhunjhunu Dham of Rajasthan was seen in the Kalash Yatra. Bhajan singer Aparna Aggarwal, who came from Pune during Kalash Yatra, visited Ganesh Vandana Gajanan Sarkar.

Kalash Yatra was organized on the occasion of Mangasir Navami on Sunday. According to the priests of the temple, it is believed that whatever auspicious wish one makes by placing the Kalash on the head on Mangasir Navami, it is definitely fulfilled by Queen Sati. Lord Ganesha and Hanuman ji were riding on the chariot in the Kalash Yatra, while the attractive chariot of Queen Sati was adding to the procession.

The procession started from Sirki Mohal temple and ended back at the temple via Birhana Road, Nayaganj, Generalganj. During this, devotees performed Aarti by showering flowers on Kalash Yatra at various places. Shubhakaran Jhunjhunwala, Kailash Nath Khemka, Srinath Jalan, Sanjay Jhunjhunwala, Atul Aggarwal, Avinash Khemka, Gyanendra Vishnoi, Bhupendra Garg, Govind Bajaj etc. were present in the Mangal Kalash Yatra.
