Former MP Dr. PL Punia slammed BJP over Sambhal violence. While addressing a press conference in Barabanki, Dr. PL Punia said that it is the people of BJP who are carrying out incidents like Sambhal in a planned manner. If a survey was conducted there once then it will be conducted again.

Issuing a press release, PL Punia said, “The Sambhal incident is an infamous stain on the forehead of the Yogi government. This unfortunate incident has proved that there is no law and order left in the state. At the same time, the state government has proved to be a complete failure in protecting the general public, especially the weaker sections.
Punia said, “The victory campaign of the India Alliance under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi was started in the last Lok Sabha elections. Due to this BJP realized that now our game is over. That is why people of BJP are carrying out a planned incident like Sambhal. The people of the state should separate from such forces.
“BJP representatives are disrespecting their oath.”
The former MP said that India is a country of different castes, religions and communities. The constitution here gives equal rights to everyone, but the public representatives of BJP are insulting their oath by taking an oath that they will do justice and development to all without discrimination. How will justice be done to the general public in a country whose Prime Minister’s slogan is ‘Ek hi to safe’ and the Chief Minister’s slogan is ‘If you divide, you will be cut’.
