The official of Ambedkar Social Rights Forum told that this mass marriage program has been organized for the first time, in which big social workers of Mathura district participated. In the mass marriage, eight couples were solemnized and people presented gifts to bless them and as Kanyadaan.

The officer also said that this mass marriage is a dowry-free marriage. He says that this is a mass marriage which shows the mirror to the way dowry is being practiced in the society because even today there are such intellectuals in our society, there are such people who We are fighting a war against this dowry. They say that there are never any problems in a dowry-free marriage and people from both sides remain very happy.

Family members of eight couples took part in this mass marriage. The organization made arrangements for everyone’s food and drink. And with fanfare, accompanied by the band and chanting of mantras, all the eight couples took seven rounds and swore to live with each other and this marriage was completed. After which, along with all the household items, the organization bid farewell to the newly married couples by giving them good wishes and blessings.
