League matches were played on Tuesday in the ongoing Kho-Kho national competition in Aligarh. In this, teams from different states showcased their talent in girls and boys category and scored points. After which various matches will be played on Wednesday also.

Teams will be selected for the quarter finals after the matches played on Wednesday in the competition. The quarter-finals between the teams will start on Thursday, after which the semi-finals and final matches will take place. This competition will continue till 29th November. The champion will be announced after the final match on the same day.

The players tried their best to achieve victory.

20 teams have remaining matches

National Kho-Kho competition is being organized in the district stadium. Boys and girls teams from different states are participating in it. 32 boys’ and 32 girls’ teams are participating in the competition, among which competitions are taking place.

Chief Coordinator and BSA Dr Rakesh Singh said that league matches were played continuously for two days. League matches will also be played on Wednesday. There are still matches left between 20 teams, which will be completed on Wednesday. On the basis of the points of the teams, they will be selected for the quarter finals.

In the girls category, Chandigarh defeated Andhra Pradesh 34-4, Orissa defeated Manipur 36-4, Kolhapur defeated Goa 60-8, West Bengal defeated Chandigarh 28-4, Karnataka defeated Jammu and Kashmir by 75-14 points.Uttarakhand And the match of Dadra Nagar Haveli was tied at 28-28 points and Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh were tied at 24-24 points. Karnataka defeated Jammu and Kashmir 75-14, Tamil Nadu defeated Uttarakhand 42-18.

In the boys category matches, Kolhapur defeated Manipur by 36-12, Gujarat defeated Himachal by 57-22, Puducherry defeated Vidarbha by 48-24, Chhattisgarh defeated Uttarakhand by 37-4, Jharkhand defeated Madhya Pradesh by 54-32, Telangana beats Rajasthan 45-26, Haryana beats Chandigarh 36-24, Gujarat beats Assam 38-30, Central India defeated Kerala 41-36, Jharkhand defeated Jammu by 42-18 points.

Karnataka defeated Goa by 45-12 points. Delhi defeated Assam 39-22 in a thrilling match. Orissa defeated Manipur 33-16, Madhya Pradesh defeated Jammu and Kashmir 37-29. State coordinator Ravikant said that the final match of the league will be played on November 29.
