Chandauli’s traffic police team has issued challans to 1278 vehicles during the investigation campaign. Now Rs 16.48 lakh will be recovered as fine from these vehicle owners by the traffic police.

SP Aditya Langhe said that a campaign to check vehicles was launched to ensure that traffic rules were followed. During this period, challans have been issued to vehicles ignoring the standards. From which fine will also be collected.
Fine of Rs 16.48 lakh recovered
Let us tell you that on the instructions of SP Aditya Langhe, a campaign was launched by traffic in-charge Surendra Yadav to check vehicles and make people aware. During the campaign, vehicles with modified silencers, without helmets, without seat belts, three passengers, vehicles with black film and driving by minors are being especially checked.
Under this 2-day campaign, the traffic police issued challans to 1278 vehicles. Now Rs 16.48 lakh will be recovered from these vehicle owners as fine.
SP Aditya Langhe said that during the campaign people were made aware about traffic rules. In particular, challans were issued against those involved in drunken driving, overloading and other irregularities.
