The aggrieved party says that while the case was pending in the court of Civil Judge Kushinagar, there was an agreement between both the parties that no work would be done on the land until an order comes from the court. But, it is alleged that the opposition came under police pressure and started the construction work.

On this he tried to stop the linter of the roof of his house, then the police immediately reached the spot and beat him badly and took him to the police station. The victim also alleged that he was badly beaten in the police station also.
