Aimed at making skincare accessible and enjoyable, this initiative is a chance for beginners looking to dive into the world of skincare while earning a substantial reward.
The initiative comes amid several brands innovating with product marketing by giving a chance to people to try and get paid. One such popular internship is Professional Sleep Intern Program by Wakefit.
Normalising Skincare
The Deconstruct internship is open to everyone over 18, regardless of their prior skincare experience. It aims to break down barriers that make skincare seem intimidating, encouraging participants to view it as an essential daily habit, like brushing their teeth.

Deconstruct has reserved 50% of the spots for male participants, dispelling the myth that skincare is exclusively for women. The program welcomes participants from all genders, ages, and backgrounds, fostering a broader conversation around skincare.
Personalised Skincare Routines for Every Participant
Selected participants will receive tailored skincare routines and products suited to their individual skin types and concerns. This remote program allows interns to participate from anywhere, fitting seamlessly into their daily lives without disrupting existing commitments. Under the guidance of skincare coaches and renowned dermatologists, participants will gain hands-on experience in building effective skincare habits.
Deconstruct Internship: Selection Process
The application process includes three stages: registration and screening, video submissions, and personal interviews. This rigorous yet rewarding process narrows the selection to six to ten interns who will embark on a 30-60 days journey focusing exclusively on skincare.

In addition to improved skin health, participants will receive Rs 1 lakh, product hampers, social media features, and opportunities for pre-placement interviews in brand marketing. The Deconstruct program also includes expert-led sessions with dermatologists, enhancing participants’ skincare knowledge.
