On the evening of 24th November, an elderly farmer had gone from his house to the fields in Carpenter Purva Manoharapur village of Ikauna police station area of Shravasti. Actually, according to the information, Rajit Ram Yadav, a farmer of Carpenter Purva Manoharapur village of Ikauna police station area, whose age is said to be around 72 years. As usual, on 24th November last evening, he had gone from his home to see the fields.
Family members set out in search of Rajit Ram
When the night increased a little. When the farmer did not return home, his family got worried. After which the family set out in search of Rajit Ram. Even after a lot of searching, no trace of them was found. Finally, after getting tired, the farmer’s son filed a missing complaint with the Ikauna police regarding his father’s disappearance. The family members had expressed apprehension that he might have gone near the river and drowned in the water.
Finally, today in the presence of police, the NDRF team was sent to Rapti river to search for the elderly person on the basis of apprehension. The dead body of an elderly person was found in the river. Which was the body of farmer Rajit Ram Yadav, who went missing 3 days ago. The police reached the spot after receiving the information and took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem. Whereas the tragic accident created chaos in the family.
