An accident took place in Radha Nagar police station area on Tuesday. The three-year-old daughter of a brick kiln laborer returning home with his family was crushed to death when an e-rickshaw overturned. Four other people were injured in the accident. The e-rickshaw driver fled from the spot after the incident.

Dipu, a resident of Phulwa Mau village, works as a laborer at a brick kiln located seven miles away from Hussainganj police station area. Was returning home from the city by e-rickshaw with his family. The e-rickshaw went out of control and overturned after jumping into a pit at high speed near Andauli Pulia in Radha Nagar.
In the accident, Deepu’s 3 year old daughter Sachin got crushed under the e-rickshaw, due to which she died on the spot. Four people, including other family members, sustained minor injuries. On information from the local people, the police reached the spot and took the girl’s body into custody and sent it for post-mortem.

Complaint given to police The girl’s parents have filed a complaint with the police accusing the e-rickshaw driver of negligence. Police station in-charge Ramesh Patel said, “A 3-year-old girl has died after an e-rickshaw overturned. Efforts are being made to identify the driver and arrest him. Further action is underway.
