A 22 year old student committed suicide by hanging herself at her brother-in-law’s house in the police lines of Lucknow. The student was doing B.Sc. The cause of death could not be clarified. The Metropolitan Police has conducted postmortem and handed over the body to the relatives.

Ismail, a resident of Faizabad, is posted as a constable in the police department. He is on High Court security duty. Ismail has got accommodation in Police Lines. Ismail’s sister Shanam Bano (22) lived with him. Shanam was doing B.Sc from Faizabad.
Ismail went to the High Court on Thursday morning for duty. His brother-in-law Nurul Hasan has got a house next to Ismail’s residence. Noorul is also posted as a constable in the police. Nurul Hasan has also built his house on a crooked culvert. Where live with family. The police line house remains vacant.
During this time, Shanam went to brother-in-law Nurul’s house and committed suicide by hanging herself. No suicide has been found from the spot. In this case, Inspector Mahanagar says that the reason for suicide has not been clear. No complaint has been received from the family either. The body has been handed over to the relatives after postmortem.
