DM reviewed IGRS complaints. DM reviewed IGRS complaints: Order to issue notice to accountant, said – Officer should go to the spot and resolve the problems – Siddharthnagar News


District Magistrate Dr. Raja Ganapathy R and CDO Jayendra Kumar reviewed the disposal of IGRS applications in the Collectorate Auditorium in Siddharthnagar. The DM conducted a detailed investigation of the situation in all the tehsils and directed the officers to resolve the problems qualitatively.

DM Dr. Raja Ganapathy R said that every complaint should be resolved in such a way that the complainant is completely satisfied. Especially regarding the cases related to land disputes, he made it clear that these should not be sent to the police station head, but should be resolved by sending the sub-district magistrate and revenue inspector on the spot. DM expressed concern over the pending cases in tehsil Naugarh and Shohratgarh. Also, on the complaint of illegal occupation in Bhimapar, he directed the Sub-Collector to issue a notice to the concerned Accountant, because the accounts there were not maintained properly.

Instructions for technical improvement in disposal DM gave suggestions for further improvement in the disposal of complaints of IGRS. He said that in all resolved cases, photographs should be uploaded along with the complainant at the spot and the signature of the complainant should also be taken. In Revenue Department cases, the disposal report will not be accepted without the signature of the Sub-Collector.

Action on encroachment on roundabouts also Regarding complaints of encroachment on roundabouts, the DM said that the Sub-District Magistrate will have to resolve these complaints himself on the spot. With this, the poor will be able to get timely justice and the responsibility of the administration will be fulfilled. Apart from this, the DM also mentioned the complaints of Nagar Panchayat, Rural Development, PWD and Police Department and directed the officers of all the departments to dispose of the IGRS cases quickly.

importance of public hearing The DM also directed all the Sub-Collectors and Tehsildars to hold public hearings in their offices on time, so that people’s problems can be resolved quickly and people can get proper justice.
