A one-day employment fair was organized by the placement cell of BSNV College and the regional employment office at KKV College, Charbagh, Lucknow. 560 students participated in this fair. Out of which 410 students got employment in 11 companies.

The employment fair was inaugurated by college principal Prof. Sanjay Mishra, placement cell secretary Rakesh Chandra and district employment officer Pragya Tripathi. Pragya Tripathi advised the students that no job is small or big, accept whatever opportunity they get.
11 companies participated 11 companies participated in this job fair, including Avok India, Insta Humans (Suzlan), Quess Corp, S.L.M.E. Services Pvt. Ltd., Cinco Debt Management, PayTM, Care Health Nurses Pvt. Ltd., A.S. Word Group, We Win, Billion Minds Management Pvt. Ltd., AIDCO, Fluent Grid etc. were included. These companies recruited students for other posts like Auto Mechanic, Pressure, Field Sales Officer, Call Center Executive, Delivery Boy etc.

Students were given information about making resume Before the program, students were given information about making a resume, so that they could present themselves by making the correct resume. Placement Cell Secretary Rakesh Chandra encouraged the students and wished them well for their better future.
Principal Prof. Sanjay Mishra told about the courses being run by the college and expressed hope of more cooperation in future from the Regional Employment Office. At the end of the program, Managing Committee Chairman T.N. Mishra wished all the students present.
