In Bareilly, the police has taken action under the Gangster Act against the land mafia occupying the land. Police also released posters of 33 accused. In which the name of Rajiv Rana, the main accused in the firing incident in Pilibhit bypass, is also included in it.

Izzatnagar police station has registered a new report under the Gangster Act against 33 people including land mafia Rajeev Rana. In which Rajiv Rana’s family members including KP Yadav and many of his henchmen are involved.
On June 22, there was a heated exchange of fire between property dealer Rajeev Rana and Aditya Upadhyay over a plot on Pilibhit Bypass in the heart of the city. In which the police also sent many accused to jail. After getting bail from the High Court, the accused once again became active in the city. While registering a new report, the police have taken action against 33 accused under the Gangster Act. Which includes Sanjay Rana, Rohit, Omkar Rathore, Shiv Om Kumar, Vishal, Arjun Kashyap. Among these, action under Gangster Act has been taken against KP and Lalit history-sheeter.
Giving information, SP City Manush Pareek said that action has been taken against 32 people including a gang leader Rajiv Rana in Izzat Nagar police station under the Gangster Act. The accused had illegally occupied government land and other lands. The police have taken strict action against the accused.
