The victim said that she did not file the case earlier due to fear of public condemnation. When the harassment increased beyond limits, the victim reached the police station and lodged an FIR.
DCP West Rajesh Kumar Singh said that the accused Durgesh Nishad has been arrested after registering a report on the complaint of the victim. He will be sent to jail on Friday morning.
