the whole matter On Wednesday, a campaign was being run to remove encroachments on the tracks in various wards and markets of Rudrapur Nagar Panchayat. Illegal encroachment was being removed from drains and roads through JCB in the presence of Naib Tehsildar Shivendra Kaudinya, Executive Officer Nitesh Gaurav, and police force.
Controversy increased at Adarsh intersection During the action, some traders near Adarsh intersection started protesting against it. As the atmosphere heated up, Rudrapur police station incharge Ratan Shankar Pandey reached the spot. During the protest, the police station incharge slapped a businessman, the video of which went viral on social media.
