On July 2, a stampede broke out after the satsang of Bhole Baba in Sikandrarau, Hathras. 123 people were killed in the stampede, more than 150 were injured. The main organizer Dev Prakash Madhukar and 10 others were arrested by the police in the case. The police has also filed a 3200 page charge sheet in the court in this case.

Bhole Baba’s name was not there in the case and Bhole Baba’s name is not there in the police charge sheet also. In this case, two female accused Manju Devi and Manju Yadav have been granted bail by the High Court. The remaining 9 accused are currently lodged in Aligarh jail. Today the police brought him from Aligarh jail to the court amid tight security. He appeared in the court.

Manju Devi and Manju Yadav, released on bail, also appeared in the court. Advocate AP Singh argued in the court on behalf of the accused. Partial debate took place in the court today.
