The accused of assault under the influence of alcohol has been caught by Noida Police. A young man died in this fight.

A young man, who was injured in a fight that took place five days ago while drinking alcohol at the Model Shop located in Sector-66, died during treatment. In this case, the police arrested three associates of the main accused on Thursday. The police have already arrested the main accused and sent him to jail.

Model shop operator Amit Jaiswal, resident of village Mamura, had lodged an FIR on the night of 24 November. He said that on Sunday night, Ankit alias Nishant and Hrithik, residents of Khoda Colony, had come to buy liquor. Hrithik is originally a resident of village Dhurlayi Abhiman of Chhapra district of Bihar and currently lives in Khoda Colony of Ghaziabad.

Hrithik was accompanied by three other people. While drinking alcohol, an argument broke out between Ankit and Hrithik over some issue. After an altercation, a fight started between the two.

Bottle hit on Ankit’s head Within no time, Hrithik hit the liquor bottle on Ankit’s head. It is alleged that Hrithik and his three associates together beat Ankit brutally. The people present there tried to intervene, but Hrithik did not agree. Police reached the spot after receiving information and took Ankit to the hospital in a bleeding state.

All four accused were arrested

The police arrested Hrithik at that time. Two days later, Ankit died during treatment at Safdar Jung Hospital. After investigation, the police on Thursday arrested Hrithik’s three associates, Lavkush, Sonu, resident of village Srivilwa in Siddharthnagar district and Nepali citizen Suresh Khatri. The accused were presented in the court, from where they were sent to jail in judicial custody.
