He particularly condemned the vile remarks made on senior advocate Hari Shankar Jain and his son Vishnu Shankar Jain and said that this statement of Akhilesh Yadav reflects his disgusting mentality. Pandey said that it is completely wrong for Akhilesh Yadav to hold Vishnu Shankar Jain responsible for the dispute in Sambhal district by sharing his picture on social media. Vice President Ganesh Nath Mishra said that if an advocate raises a case in the court on the basis of logic, facts and law, then there is nothing wrong in it. He said that Akhilesh Yadav is interfering in the judicial process for political gains and is making personal criticism of the advocates. He alleged that Akhilesh Yadav is blaming the advocates for the riots in Sambhal. He also informed that Hari Shankar Jain and his son Vishnu Shankar Jain have fought many important PILs. These include cases related to Ayodhya, Gyanvapi and various religious disputes. Advocates have demanded strict action from the Uttar Pradesh Government, Central Government and Bar Council regarding the criticisms and comments made by Akhilesh Yadav. He warned that if the government did not take any concrete steps soon, all the lawyers would be forced to agitate.
