In Firozabad, an armed criminal disguised himself in Sirsaganj police station area and looted Rs 50,000 from a goldsmith. As soon as the miscreant entered the shop, he pulled down the shutter and committed the robbery by showing the gun to the shopkeeper. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV installed in the shop.

Rakesh Jain, resident of Main Road, Sirsaganj, has a bullion shop. His house is above the shop. He was alone at the shop late Friday evening. Then a miscreant came covering his face with a shawl. As soon as the miscreant entered the shop, he closed the shutter of the shop, threw the bag near Rakesh and pointed the gun at him. The miscreant threatened Rakesh to put the entire cash of Galla in the bag or else he would shoot him.

Rakesh put the 50 thousand rupees kept in the safe in the crook’s bag and the crook opened the shutter and ran away on his bike. As soon as the incident was known, a crowd of businessmen gathered at the spot. On receiving the information, the police station also reached the spot and started investigating the matter. Police station in-charge Vaibhav Kumar Singh said that CCTV cameras are being checked on the spot. As soon as the complaint is received, a case will be registered and action will be taken.

The criminal looted Rs 50,000 by pointing a gun at the shop of Rakesh Jain, who runs a shop in the name of RK Jewelers on Main Road in Sirsaganj. But since there was a CCTV camera installed inside the shop, the entire robbery incident was captured. Now the police has started investigating the case with the help of CCTV camera footage.
