A pregnant woman neither got a stretcher nor an ambulance at the Community Health Center of Mursan in Hathras. In such a situation, the woman and her family members had to face a lot of trouble. When an ambulance was not available, these people took him to the district hospital in the tempo itself.

Ram’s wife Shishupal, resident of village Kakrawali of Mursan Kotwali area, told that her son’s daughter-in-law was suffering from labor pain. He called dial 102. On receiving the information, the ambulance reached her house and took her daughter-in-law to Mursan CHC. There the doctor referred the pregnant woman to District Hathras Hospital as there were no facilities for delivery. After waiting for a long time, when an ambulance was not arranged, the pregnant woman was taken to the district hospital Hathras with the help of a tempo.
This pregnant woman did not even get a stretcher at the CHC. Later, the pregnant woman was taken to the district hospital in a tempo. CHC in-charge Dr. Chandraveer Singh said that it was advised to refer the woman, but the family members did not refer the woman and asked to be seen in a private hospital. In view of the serious condition of the woman, she was asked to be referred to the district hospital.
