CDO Jayendra Kumar conducted a surprise inspection at the Government Inter College located in Gram Panchayat Dulha Sumali of Birdpur development block of Siddharthnagar. During this time five assistant teachers were present. The headmaster said that this academic year there were 350 children enrolled in the school.

Order to check the quality of mid-day meal
During the inspection, the quality of food prepared under mid-day meal was tested. CDO gave instructions to maintain the quality of food. Under Project Alankar, drinking water facility, toilet block, additional room, laboratory and library are being constructed in the school. The Assistant Engineer said that most of the construction work regarding the first installment has been completed, and a demand has been made for the second installment.
Instructions to ensure quality of construction work
The CDO directed that the quality of construction work should be ensured. He ordered the Assistant Engineer to conduct regular inspections and avoid any kind of negligence. The CDO clearly said that negligence will not be tolerated at any level in development works. He stressed on completing the works under Project Alankar within the stipulated time.
