The court of Special Judge Gangster Act Swapndeep Singal found four accused guilty and sentenced them to 8 years each, who formed a gang and carried out criminal incidents in the Kishni police station area of ​​Mainpuri 8 years ago. Besides, a fine of Rs 25-25 thousand was also imposed on them.

Punishment in this case

In 2017, the then Inspector had filed a case against 4 accused under the Gangster Act in Dadipur village of Kishni police station area. The allegation was that Ramratan and his two sons Sanjeev and Rajeev, along with fellow Etah resident Dheeraj, had formed a gang to carry out criminal activities. This gang had carried out many criminal incidents in the area. Action was taken against these accused under the Gangster Act.

Investigation and court hearing

The then police station in-charge completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet against the four accused in the court. The prosecution presented evidence against the accused on the basis of witnesses and evidence. The court accepted this evidence and found all four accused guilty.

The court sentenced the four accused to 8 years each and also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on them. After the sentencing, the accused were sent to jail.

Sentence was pronounced through video conferencing

It is noteworthy that all four accused are lodged in different jails, hence their production was conducted through video conferencing, and then the court pronounced their sentence.
