Police have claimed to have made a big revelation in the case of murder of a woman after rape in Kurli village of Gulavathi Kotwali area of Bulandshahr. According to the police, after murdering the woman, the accused had left the 3-year-old child in a trolley parked near the cowshed.

Why did the accused leave the child? Police say that the accused abandoned the child at the time of the murder, whereas the child could have been an eyewitness to the mother’s murder. The question is why did the accused show ‘generosity’ towards the child despite such a brutal crime? This weakens the police story.
Is the child unable to speak? Police claim that the child is not in a position to say anything. A three year old child can usually understand and say some things at this age. The question arises whether the child is incapable of speaking since birth, or is he in terror due to witnessing the murder of his mother and is unable to say anything due to shock?
Child safety becomes question If the child is an eyewitness to the mother’s murder, then questions are being raised on the police strategy regarding his safety.
