What is the matter? Advocate Ravindra Dubey had lodged a complaint at the Cantt police station on November 20. He told that he was appearing in the case named Suryanarayan vs Pooja. During the hearing at the mediation center on November 13, the opposition party Pooja and her father not only argued but also abused her and threatened to kill her.

Subsequently, on November 20, Pooja’s brother Sushil Tripathi along with his associate Vikas Nishad and some others reached the court premises and attacked Ravindra Dubey. During this there was a fight and a serious dispute.

Police arrested accused Vikas Nishad After the incident, the police immediately registered a case, but the main accused Vikas Nishad was absconding. Cantt Police arrested him on Saturday. The second accused Sushil Tripathi, who was injured in the fight, is currently undergoing treatment in the medical college.

CO Cantt Yogendra Singh said that Vikas Nishad, the main accused in the attack on the advocate, has been arrested. He will be presented in the court after interrogation. Action is also going on against other accused in the case.

Lawyers’ agitation expected to stop After this incident, lawyers were continuously protesting and demanding the arrest of the accused. After the arrest of Vikas Nishad, the police hope that now the protests will stop and the atmosphere in the civil court will become normal.
