At the same time, a hearing was held in the CJI bench of the Supreme Court on Friday regarding the survey of Jama Masjid. The court ordered that the survey report of the mosque will not be opened. The Supreme Court asked the trial court not to take any action in the case till January 8. Peace is necessary. Another petition was filed in Allahabad High Court for registering FIR against police officers. This petition was filed by Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz Welfare Association Maharashtra Secretary Mohammad Yusuf.

He says that during the survey of Jama Masjid in Sambhal, a policeman in uniform told the protesting crowd that everyone should open fire. After this the police were seen firing indiscriminately. In which 5 people have died. This is not an accident, this is murder.

Hindu side filed caveat in High Court In the case of Sambhal violence, a caveat was filed in the Allahabad High Court on Friday by the Hindu side. Plaintiffs Harishankar Jain and Parth Yadav have demanded in the caveat filed in the Allahabad High Court that if the Muslim side files any petition, then no order should be passed without hearing the Hindu side. The caveat has been filed regarding the case related to the survey order of November 19 of the Civil Judge of Sambhal. The Muslim side can also soon file an application in the High Court against the decision of the civil judge.

Court gave 10 days time to submit survey report The survey report was not presented in Sambhal’s Chandausi court on Friday. Advocate Commissioner Ramesh Singh Raghav said that violence had taken place during the survey on November 24, hence the report could not be prepared. On this the court gave 10 days time to submit the survey report.

Now read what the Supreme Court said? During the hearing on Friday, the Supreme Court said that the survey report of the mosque will not be opened. Instructed the Civil Court of Chandausi not to take any action in this case till January 8. In fact, on Thursday, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of Sambhal Masjid. Three demands were made in this. First-There should be a ban on the implementation of the lower court’s order to survey the mosque. Secondly, the status quo should be maintained at this place. The report of the Survey Commissioner should be kept in a sealed cover. Third- The court should issue instructions that in such cases, no order for such survey should be issued without hearing all the parties. An opportunity should be given to try alternatives to law.
