Assault with temporary employee
The victim Krishna Kumar told that he is a resident of Chunar district Mirzapur. Presently I work as a temporary life guard in the Naya Taran Lal Sports Board located in BHU. He accused his companion Akash Yadav of assaulting him by using abusive language and caste based words.

FIR filed against co-worker
Krishna Kumar told that he gave a written application to the university officials but even then his views were ignored. He told that after that I started getting threats that if I complained anywhere, I would be fired from the job. He told that we lodged a written complaint at Lanka police station on 16th November but when no strict action was taken even after that, he again assaulted me.
Police registered a case
On the complaint of Krishna Kumar, the police have registered a case against Akash Yadav under sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 3(1) D, 3(1) D. Lanka Police Station Head Shivakant Mishra said that the temporary employees have accused their co-workers of assault and abusing. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered and the matter is being investigated.
