The 20th National Seminar was organized in the Yoga Department of Lucknow University. This seminar took place in the Vishwakarma Auditorium located in the New Campus of the University, the topic of which was the effect of Yoga and Naturopathy on the muscles. The program was organized by the Indian Yoga Federation.

Viturva Tripathi, who came from Kashi Hindu University, said that stress increases the hormones that cause anger in the body, which causes tension in the muscles. He told Vrikshasana, Marjari Asana, Halasana and meditation as ways to reduce stress.
Faculty Coordinator Dr. Amarjeet Yadav said that the stomach is the center point of the body’s immunity. By practicing Surya Namaskar, the muscles of the small intestine and large intestine become healthy and strong.
The first effect of old age is on the muscles of the legs. Yoga expert Amit Gauraiya of Annamalai University said that the effect of old age is first visible on the muscles of the legs. He described Uttanpad Asana, Ardha Halasana, Tadasana and Pranayam as necessary to strengthen one’s muscles.
Shikshant Bhatt from Maharishi University suggested special asanas and pranayam to keep the neck muscles healthy. Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi emphasized on the health of muscles through steam bath and sun rays. Gave detailed information about the asanas.

Yogacharya gave information about keeping muscles healthy Yogacharya K.K. Shukla said that muscles give shape to the body. He advised to practice Skandha Chalan, Elbow Shakti Vikasak Kriya, Bhujballi Kriya and Bhastrika Pranayam to keep the muscles healthy.
Organization of scientific sessions in the program Eight scientific sessions were organized in the seminar, in the concluding session the participants were given certificates and Dean of the Faculty, Professor Ashok Kumar Sonkar thanked everyone. Teachers and students participated in this program in large numbers.
