Gosaiganj police of Lucknow has recovered liquor bottles which were being carried hidden in DCM’s tool box and arrested two liquor smugglers and sent them to jail. Police have recovered 119 bottles of liquor from them.

Gosaiganj police station in-charge Brajesh Kumar Tripathi told that Kamal Preet Singh and Ravindra Singh residents of Wasi Badhana district Fatehgarh Punjab were taking a truck at night. Whose Purvanchal Expressway met with an accident when it collided with the DCM divider near Mahurakala village and he was injured.
Expressway personnel reached the spot and took them to the hospital for treatment. After the treatment, both of them were trying to run away by taking the truck. When the local police reached the spot and checked, they found more than one tool box in the truck. Went. When opened, liquor was found hidden inside the tool boxes.
Many bottles were found broken due to the accident. Both of them told the police during interrogation that they hide English liquor in trucks from the states of Chandigarh, Haryana and Punjab and take it to Bihar state where there is a liquor ban law and after increasing the price there, they sell it to the drinkers and go back. .
They have been doing this work for a long time and have many times taken liquor bottles to Bihar and sold them. They run their livelihood with this money. Both of them could not show any documents of English liquor.
