A case has been registered in the case of assault between professors in the Psychology Department of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). Civil Lines Police has registered a case against the HOD of the department under various sections on the complaint of the victim professor.

There was an altercation between the two professors inside the department on November 21 and it even escalated to a fight. The videos of this incident had also gone viral and the university had formed a departmental committee to investigate the entire matter. The professor had also filed a complaint against the HOD.
