Reena Chauhan, wife of Gulab Chauhan, resident of Jankipuram Garden near Rastogi Academy, was going on foot to take the child to CMS school at around 11 am on Friday. When she reached near Sector-C Vikas Nagar, two unknown bike riders came from behind and started snatching the purse. When the woman tried to save her purse, the robbers pulled her harder, due to which the woman fell and was dragged. The woman had serious injuries on her leg and hand. The purse contained a pair of anklets, a mangalsutra, Rs 500 in cash and ATM card, PAN card and other documents.

A CCTV has surfaced two days after the incident. In which the woman is seen walking. Then the bike riders come and pounce on the purse. The woman loses her balance and falls on the ground. The robbers drag them along with their purse.
