BTS singer V aka Kim Taehyung’s dog Kim Yeontan passed away recently. The news was confirmed by the Bangtan boy. Following the news of the pet’s death, fans have been revisiting videos of the adorable little pet and paying their tributes. Amid this, his statements about Yeontan’s health has begun going viral on social media.

Last year, at an event, Kim Taehyung confessed Yeontan was not keeping well. He also shared that the little one had undergone heart surgeries too. In an episode of Pixid in last September, TaeTae said, “Tan has a bad heart and had surgery twice. But both times it was unsuccessful. Every time it was unsuccessful, he could have died during the surgery. But his will kept him alive. I was so grateful that he fought for his life.”

On Monday, Taehyung took to her Instagram Stories and shared a story in which he revealed that Yeontan has passed away. “Actually, the reason I’m writing this post today is that recently, Yeontan has embarked on a long journey to the dog stars. I thought a lot about how to tell you this, but I felt it was right to share this news with ARMY, who have shown so much love for Yeontan. I would be grateful if you could remember Yeontan and wish for his happiness even in the stars. I hope you have a warm end of the year where you can tell your loved ones that you love them once more,” Taehyung wrote.
