Two miscreants committed robbery at gunpoint at Gyan Ganga petrol pump in Lalganj police station area. The personnel present at the petrol pump were captured at gunpoint. After threatening them, they collected the cash kept on the cash counter and fled on the bike.

Gyan Ganga petrol pump is located near Bastra turn. Two miscreants riding a bike reached the petrol pump at four o’clock on Monday morning. The personnel present at the petrol pump were captured at gunpoint. The manager was armed and robbed of Rs 6 lakh. The miscreants took away all the money in their pockets.

On information, Lalganj police station reached the spot. On receiving information about the robbery, Superintendent of Police Abhinandan, other senior police officers and Lalganj police inspected the spot.
