The court has punished the rapists with rigorous imprisonment as well as financial penalty.
The court has sentenced 10 years and 20 years of rigorous imprisonment to three accused who raped minor and innocent girls in Aligarh. Along with this, financial penalty has also been imposed on the culprits, which will be given to the victim’s families.

In this, a case of Sasnigate police station area is of 2016. Whereas the second incident took place in Akrabad police station area in 2021 and the third incident took place in Khair police station area. In which in 2022, a culprit had committed the incident of rape of a girl. Different courts have given them punishment after hearing them.
Raped a 5 year old innocent girl
Two years ago in 2021, Pinta son of Puranmal Kushwaha, resident of village Man Singh Khurd, had raped a 5 year old innocent girl in Khair police station area. The incident is of January 6. The victim’s mother told that around 12 noon she was taking bath in her house and her daughter was playing outside.
When she came out, the girl was missing and other children told that Pinta had taken her out of the village. When the girl’s mother went and started searching, the culprit was raping the girl in the field. He disappeared after seeing the girl’s mother. After which the mother of the victim girl had filed a case.
While hearing this case, Special Judge POCSO Act Surendra Mohan Sahay has found the accused guilty on the basis of evidence and statements of witnesses. He has sentenced the convict to 20 years rigorous imprisonment. Along with this, a fine of Rs 20 thousand has been imposed on him. This entire amount will be given as compensation to the victim’s family.
Badaun’s convict had committed rape in Akrabad
A Badaun man, who raped a minor in Akrabad police station area of Aligarh, has been sentenced to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment. Special Court POCSO Act-3 has sentenced Deepesh alias Aryan, son of Rajesh Tomar, resident of Wazirganj police station, Badaun, to 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs 38 thousand.
Whereas the Special Court POCSO Act-1 has sentenced the culprit to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and a financial penalty of Rs 40 thousand in the case of rape of a minor. Sunil, son of Harikishan, resident of Pala Sahibabad of Sasnigate police station area, had raped the girl in 2016. Now the culprit has been sentenced.
