Agra Divisional Commissioner held a review meeting of the Development Authority on Saturday in Barsana, Mathura. In this meeting, the Commissioner had expressed his displeasure over the lack of action against illegal colonies. Action taken on these colonies
The development authority team first ran a bulldozer in the colony being developed by builder Anil Aggarwal in 9000 square yards near Radha Florence in Vrindavan. Here the land was divided and a road and boundary wall was being constructed. After this, the team demolished the colony being developed on 2 bighas by Omprakash and Sanjay Singh at Atal Mauza Gopalgarh. After this, the team demolished the illegal construction of 1 thousand feet basement near Rukmani Bihar Golok Dham.

Construction was going on even after the notice was issued
The Development Authority team also demolished the colony being developed on two bighas of land on Devi Atas Road. Development Authority Vice Chairman Shyam Bahadur Singh said that notices were issued to those doing illegal construction but despite this the work was going on continuously. After which this action was taken. Apart from Junior Engineer Ashok Chaudhary, Dinesh Gupta, Anil Singhal, police force was present during the proceedings.
