The accused have alleged conspiracy and murder of the husband after getting a will made in his favor from a person. The victim woman has demanded from the Superintendent of Police to cancel the will and take action against the accused.

Daywanti’s husband, resident of village Umri Vishunpur of Mohammadpur Khala police station area, used to work in the house of Shama Parveen, resident of Ghantaghar Dhal in Lucknow. Lived on rent at Kapil Mishra’s house in Mohalla Daut Nagar Faizulla Ganj. The woman’s husband was admitted to a private hospital when he fell ill on November 7.
It is alleged that after discharging her husband Pradeep Kumar from the hospital and taking him to Tehsil Ramnagar, Kapil made his will in the name of his wife Preeti Mishra. It is alleged that her husband was admitted to Lohia Hospital, where she died on November 10.
Police covered up the case without investigation The woman alleges that her husband has been murdered. The victim told that after the death of her husband, she was left with only one piece of land, which the accused had fraudulently made a will in their favor. Due to this, her and her mother-in-law’s livelihood is now in danger. In this regard, the woman had complained through IGRS, but the police hushes up the matter by filing a report without going anywhere into the matter. The woman has again complained to the Superintendent of Police and filed a case at Mohammadpur Khala police station and demanded action.
