Actually, this entire matter is of Bazar Shukul police station area. Where Sunderlal, son of Kanhaiya Chauhan, a resident of Pura Bhale village of Nihalgarh Saidapatti, had taken a tractor for livelihood. In the early hours of Monday, he was going to Sauna village of Kamrauli police station area in a tractor carrying soil. During this time, the tractor went out of control and fell down from the damaged bridge near Sauna Mod, due to which he got buried under the tractor and died.

On getting information about the incident, a large number of people from nearby areas reached there. Everyone together started trying to take out Kanhaiya Chauhan from under the tractor but the tractor could not be lifted. After a lot of effort, Kanhaiya who was buried below was rescued. Kamrauli police reached the spot, filled the Panchnama and sent the body for postmortem.

The shadow of the father lifted from the heads of two girls Kanhaiya’s two daughters, four-year-old Divyanshi and one-and-a-half-year-old Rim Jhim, wife Kavita’s mother Murata Devi became unconscious crying after being crushed under the tractor overturning near Sauna Mod. The eyes of the people present around him became moist due to his pitiful cries. Due to father’s death a few days ago, mother was shouting that there was no one to earn money in the house. All the responsibilities of the house were on the son. Kanhaiya was the second among three brothers in the family.

Elder brother Pappu Chauhan worked in Mumbai and younger brother Satish worked in Surat. The deceased used to support the family by driving a tractor trolley. The shadow of the father disappeared from the heads of two innocent children. Wife Kavita was crying bitterly in memory of her husband. She was saying that God, who will take care of the children now? Who will take care of them? The villagers have accused the JCB driver of digging the pond illegally.

Said SDM, Naib Tehsildar are investigating SDM Preeti Tiwari says from where was he taking the soil. By whom was the mining being done? Naib Tehsildar has been sent to the spot to investigate whether the mining was legal or illegal. Strict action will be taken against the culprits involved in the mining case.

Naib Tehsildar will submit report to SDM Naib Tehsildar Prashant Singh, who is investigating the mining on the instructions of the SDM, said that the entire matter will be investigated and the report will be submitted to the SDM. Only after the report, the involved personnel will be identified and action will be taken.
