Instructions to police stations to increase patrolling
The SP has instructed all the police stations and outpost in-charges of the district to increase regular foot patrolling. He said that special caution should be taken in sensitive areas and public places.
Surveillance is being done through CCTV and mobile patrolling.
The Superintendent of Police said that sensitive places like bullion market, railway station, bus stands are being monitored through CCTV cameras. Effective mobile patrolling has also been ensured.
