Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are all set to tie the knot on Wednesday, December 4. The couple will get married at the Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. As per reports, after the wedding, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala will head to the Tirupati Temple or Srisailam Temple to seek blessings.
Pinkvilla quoted a source as saying, “As per traditional customs, the first thing a couple is expected to do after the wedding is visit a temple to express their gratitude for the wonderful journey ahead. Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya will be following this ritual and are planning to visit either the Tirupati Balaji Temple or the Srisailam Temple.”
As per reports, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala will honour their roots via their wedding. According to sources, Naga Chaitanya will honour his late grandfather, legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao, through his wedding attire. The groom-to-be has chosen to wear a Pancha, a traditional dhoti from Andhra Pradesh. This timeless outfit is deeply rooted in Telugu culture and is a nod to his grandfather’s iconic style.
Sobhita Dhulipala, too, has embraced her family’s legacy. During a recent Raata ceremony, the Telugu equivalent of the Haldi ritual, she wore heirloom gold jewellery passed down from her mother and grandmother. Fans are excited to see Sobhita’s wedding outfit as the actress is known for her sombre yet chic sense of style.
Recently, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding guest list also caught everyone’s attention, as it is deemed to be a star-studded affair. If recent reports are to be believed, Ram Charan will be gracing the occasion with his wife, Upasana Konidela. Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar are also set to add their star power to the much-anticipated wedding. Pushpa star Allu Arjun will also be attending Chay’s wedding with Sobhita. “Allu Arjun and his family will attend Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita’s wedding in Hyderabad. All roads truly lead to the city for this special celebration,” an insider told news agency IANS.
The wedding is expected to be a grand yet intimate affair, celebrating not just the union of two individuals but also the rich heritage and traditions of their families. As per reports, the wedding is going to be an 8-hour-long affair according to the Telugu Brahmin traditions.
