Peace recitation was performed by City Congress Committee Lucknow. The program was organized under the leadership of party president Amit Srivastava Tyagi and Dr. Shehzad Alam. Shanti recitation and havan were performed in the courtyard and a prayer was made to God that the people sitting in the BJP government should gain wisdom to talk to the Bangladesh government and try to stop the oppression of the Hindu community there.
