Harvinder alleged that his senior SSE officers deliberately assigned him heavy work even though he was suffering from a lung ailment. Harvinder said that the officers also make him do household work. He cried and said that his tongue was torn and he was unable to even eat food, but the officer kept harassing him continuously.
Colleagues and RPF explained
During the incident, some other employees reached the spot and tried to convince Harvinder. He said that all employees have work pressure and the situation should be handled patiently. After this RPF and GRP reached the spot and removed Harvinder from the track and took him to the police station.
Agreement in the police station, investigation into the incident closed The incident occurred on Thursday, its video went viral on Friday night. In the video, Harvinder was seen sitting on the track with his shirt off. A goods train was stopped nearby. The loco pilot and colleagues tried a lot to convince Harvinder. GRP station in-charge Rehan Ali said that after receiving the information, he immediately reached the spot and removed the employee from the track. An agreement has been reached between the two parties in the police station. At present the matter is said to be resolved.
