In the viral video, it can be seen that home guard Tejbir Singh, who was returning after completing his duty, was seen falling on the road in an intoxicated state. His actions were not only shameful but also disrespected the dignity of the uniform. Tejbir Singh urinated in a public place while in uniform, which further worsened the atmosphere. This action not only hurt the local people but also raised questions on the responsibility and discipline of the Home Guard.

Immediately after the incident, a young man present at the spot made a video of the entire incident and shared it on social media. Police confirmed the action
Taking cognizance of the viral video, the local police said that a departmental inquiry has been started against the concerned home guard. The station in-charge said, “Any employee who does not fulfill his responsibilities and violates the dignity of the uniform will not be spared.”
