On the occasion of the birthday of former Congress President Sonia Gandhi, a blood donation camp was organized by the State Congress Committee. 26 units of blood were donated in the camp organized by Kanpur City, Rural and Countryside Committee.

Under the leadership of State Congress Committee member Sandeep Shukla, the camp was organized at IMA Blood Bank located in Parade. In the blood donation camp, Congress workers wished Sonia Gandhi’s good health and long life. Said Sonia Gandhi has worked to maintain social harmony.
After donating blood, former state secretary Kripesh Tripathi described the former Congress president as a symbol of social harmony and sacrifice. Said that Sonia Gandhi set an example of sacrifice by not accepting the post of Prime Minister.
