Let us tell you that Champa Devi, wife of late Champa Devi, resident of Nasirpur Barwa of Akbarpur Kotwali area, has accused the former MLA and his associates. Kedarnath Singh had filed a case in Kotwali Akbarpur for grabbing land by fraud.
In Akbarpur Kotwali, former MLA Pawan Pandey along with Mukesh Tiwari, Gobind Yadav, Lal Bahadur Singh, Deepanrayan Sharma, Neetu Singh, Sheela Singh, Rekha Singh, Abhishek Tiwari, Amresh Yadav, Santosh Mishra, Jairam Yadav and Ajay Tiwari have been booked under the Gangster Act. Was registered, after which all the accused were sent to jail. Meanwhile, the marriage of Prashant Pandey, son of former MLA Pawan Pandey, has been fixed on 13 December. Former MLA’s brother Kakku Pandey said that the Supreme Court has approved parole till 5 pm on December 20. He will reach home from jail on 11th December.
