A person from the village of Narkhi police station area had gone to do Beldari on 16 July 2024. He had his wife and two daughters at home. The wife was busy with work. Meanwhile, 20 year old Ankush of the village lured his one and a half year old innocent daughter and raped her by taking her to Rajkumar Sharma’s Chari field, 500 meters away from the village. Ankush had run away after hearing the screams of the innocent child and seeing some people coming to the field.

The innocent girl was lying bleeding. The victim’s genitals and anus had burst and merged into one. He was treated at SN Medical College, Agra. Shortly after the incident, the victim’s family and villagers caught the accused and handed him over to the police.

ADGC Awadhesh Bhardwaj and Arabesh Kumar Shukla said that the court of ADJ and Additional Special Judge (POCSO Act) Awadhesh Kumar Singh sentenced Ankush to this punishment. At the same time, during the hearing of the case, the judge said- Innocent who has no knowledge of society and world. Such a despicable act on her will leave a very disgusting and disgusting image of wolf-like rapists on her mind, which will not only shake her from time to time throughout her life if she becomes sensible, but will also make her question herself: What was his fault? In such a situation, there is no justification for showing leniency against the culprit. It would be justifiable to punish him by keeping him in jail for his entire life and making him live from scratch.

Whereas, the second incident took place on 19 December 2018 at 6 pm. A woman was at home with her four children. Meanwhile, a child molester resident of DM Colony came to the house. He used to visit home often. According to the woman, she went out to fetch water. During this time the child molester raped her two year old daughter. When she returned home, the daughter was soaked in blood.

The family caught him and handed him over to the police. An FIR was lodged in the case on the same day. The charge sheet was submitted to the Juvenile Justice Board. Later, the case was transferred from there to the Children’s Court, Special Judge (POCSO Act) and ADJ Court for trial. ADGC Sanjeev Sharma said that the Children’s Court and ADJ Mumtaz Ali gave this sentence.
