A preliminary investigation by police into the BEST bus crash in Mumbai’s Kurla that claimed seven lives has revealed that the driver did not receive proper training and pressed the accelerator when he had to apply brakes.
Regional Transport Office officials also said that the tragic accident occurred due to human error and insufficient training to operate an Electronic Vehicle (EV).
