Gata number 277 in village Faridapur Chaudhary Sadar tehsil of Izzat Nagar police station area of Bareilly, whose area is 0.1900 hectare, which is recorded as category 4 (A) sealing in the revenue records. Sakhawat Shah son of Miskin Shah, resident of village Partapur Chaudhary sold the ceiling land. Sakhawat Shah is still dealing in lands. At present many houses are built on the sealing land at the spot. In this regard, a case has been registered in Izzatnagar police station on behalf of accountant Bhupendra Kumar Gangwar. A case has been registered under BNS sections at Izzatnagar police station.
Land mafia Sakhawat Shah son of Miskin Shah, a resident of village Partapur Chaudhary, divided this ceiling land into several parts and sold it. He sold plots to land buyers, earning illegal profits worth crores of rupees. At present, many houses have also been built on this land, which are completely illegal.

The administration swung into action after receiving information about the incident. Regional accountant Bhupendra Kumar Gangwar filed a case against Sakhawat Shah in Izzatnagar police station. This case has been registered under sections of BNS.
According to the complaint of the accountant, Sakhawat Shah is still dealing with this land, due to which the illegal activities are not stopping. The administration has decided to take serious action on this and investigate all illegal constructions on the land.
