Bangladeshi cricketer Shakib Al Hasan’s bowling ban: ECB imposed ban, field umpire had called the bowling action illegal

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has banned the bowling of Bangladeshi cricket. Now he will not be able to bowl in any ECB tournament. This ban has been implemented from December 10.
All-rounder Shakib, 37, played and bowled one match for Surrey in the County Championship in September. During this time the on-field umpire had found his bowling action illegal and reported him. The English Board has taken action on that report.
Shakib failed in Loughborough University test Shakil Al Hasan failed an independent test at Loughborough University on 10 December. He will have to undergo revaluation to remove the suspension. Shakib’s elbow extension must be less than the 15-degree limit set by the rules for re-evaluation.
Announced retirement 3 months ago Shakib Al Hasan had announced his retirement during the India tour of Bangladesh. He had said during the Kanpur Test – I want to play the last Test of my career in Mirpur. BCB is preparing for my return home. If I cannot return to Bangladesh, the Kanpur Test will be the last one. Although Shakib returned home, he could not play the Mirpur Test against South Africa.
Shakib had suddenly announced his retirement in a press conference during the Kanpur Test.
