In Lodha police station area of ​​Aligarh, unknown miscreants beat up a BJP leader at gunpoint and then snatched the cash kept with him. The BJP leader was going towards his home late at night when unknown miscreants stopped him.

The miscreants first beat him and then snatched the money kept in his pocket while threatening to kill him. Meanwhile, seeing the nearby people coming, the accused disappeared from the spot. The aggrieved BJP leader has now filed a case at Lodha police station, after which the police is investigating the matter.

The miscreants also asked for Chauth recovery every month.

BJP leader Saurabh Chaudhary, son of Prem Pal Singh, resident of Haridaspur Prem Vihar Colony of Lodha police station area, told the police that these days he practices law in the civil court. At around 11 pm on the night of 13 December, he was returning to his home after finishing work.

On the way, two bike riding miscreants stopped him on the deserted road leading to Haridaspur in front of Khereshwar temple. The accused stood in front of his car with a gun pointed at him, due to which he had to stop the car. After this, the accused started beating him and asked him to pay Rs 10,000 as Chauth collection every month.

The accused threatened him that he would become a BJP leader. If you don’t pay the money every month, you will kill me. After this, the accused also snatched the money kept in his pocket and asked him to deliver the money every month in the name of Sanjay and Kamil to Nandpala village. When people from nearby heard the screams, the accused ran away from there.

After the incident, the accused also left their bike at the spot. After which the police have brought the bike of the accused to the police station and are getting its registration number checked. Along with this, CCTVs of the surrounding area are being watched so that the accused can be identified.

Lodha police station in-charge said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the victim and the matter is being investigated. Soon the accused will be in police custody and strict legal action will be taken.
